Vendors account

To create a vendor's account you should make it as follows:

1) Register an account

2) Choose an email and password

3) Choose the option to become a vendor


4) Update details for the vendor's shop

After the vendor's shop is created you will need to manage the shop as explained in the next point.

After a shop is created or when you login you will see the following dashboard where you can find precious informations about your shop:

After you login you shoud choose the menu products and click add new product:

Then you should fill all the fields in the following printscreens, as they are required for us to accept your product for sale.

A beautiful image(s) is important, as a very clear and direct text about the product. All the fields should be filled.

No, the product you added is subjected to approval so we can see that it follows all the requirements: amazing pictures, beautiful descriptions, and detailed  clear information.

If everything follows the requirements though, we will publish the product fast.

The vendor only needs to pay 100€ per year to the platform. This value includes the possibility of doing physical sale in Festival Festança editions or in other events organised by Festança (although it requires registration).

NOTE: we offer you the first 3 months for free,  without costs.

If you are selling food, please contact us to booking@festanca.org , as there are different conditions.

Your costumers can pay by paypal and credit card, directly to your account.

When a costumer pays, woocomerce retains the money depite you gave your paypal or credit card accounts. To withdraw the money, you need to do as follows:

Orders from customers

Shipping and Delivery

The shipment is done by the brand/vendor that is selling the product, that means by you.

The customer should receive all their products in one package and shipment.

The postal service must be the national one or another express service, and the order should be registered in order to generate a tracking number to send to the customer.

The order must be sent with quality, that means that if you don't do it and if the order arrives to the customer damaged, you will have to cover back the costs of the problem if the customer complains.

Suggestion: Always take pictures to the package (inside and out) before you send it to the customer, so you can control its quality.

On every product page we share estimated handling timeframes (expressed in working days).

Customer can check the information available on the Delivery Timeframes. He’ll be able to check the associated shipping fees on the check-out of his order, once he has confirmed his intent to purchase your product.

The Handling Timeframe, the time it takes from the moment you receive your order until you handle it to a shipping service, is up to 5 working days.

The average Delivery Timeframe, the time it takes the shipping service to deliver the item to the customer is:

Portugal: 2 working days
Europe: 5 working days
Worldwide: 10 working days

Products can be shipped worldwide, depending on you.

Once a customer has completed his purchase it is not possible to cancel his order

If he needs to cancel or change his order, he can reach youout promptly so that we may look into his request.

dsdsdYou mYoYou must insert the tracking code into the system, in your account, and then send it to the customer.

A customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning his item and shipping fees for a new item.

If the item he received was defective or damaged you (vendor) must refund him the full value of his order, including shipping costs, and organise the returning of the item.

A customer has the right to exchange his product within 14 consecutive days after receiving an order. The item(s) he would like to exchange must be shipped back to you (vendor). If he wants to exchange the item you will get a notice.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees involved in returning the item and getting a new one, unless otherwise stated.

The product must be unused, in re-sellable condition and, preferably, in its original packaging.

His new item(s) will not be shipped until the brand/vendor has received the item(s) he returned.
